Today was a big day for Bea. This morning she went to her cardiologist (Bea was born with 3 little holes in her heart. This was an appointment 6 months after her last one). She had an ultrasound of her heart and an EKG (when they stick all those wires to you). She still has two tiiinnnnyyy holes, but the doctor said there's nothing to worry about. In fact we don't have to see him for another year. Bea was great through the whole thing.
Then it was fun time. She had a play date with Max. (Who looks like he could be her brother)
And played with a toy kitchen. (don't tell Bea that a play kitchen is one of her birthday gifts)
Then bath time. Where Bea got to try out the new towel Mommy bought on CLEARANCE at Target. How could she pass this up?
You can see by the red eyes that Bea is still "sick." I say "Sick" cause I don't think she's really sick. She's still got a ton of energy and is eating and sleeping well. She's just stuffed up and has a constantly runny nose. It's hard for her to breath through her nose and it's making her miserable. Here are some shots that show what Bea looks like most of the time these days.

No wonder Bea and Max look alike - Max looks so much like Jeremy when he was that age. Cute, cute, cute!!!

ReplyDeleteWhaaat? How did I not know about Bea's heart? How scary! I'm so glad now to hear the good news that she is a-okay though! And that she is still super-cute even when she is sick! :)
